At Wellavex™, we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We've designed our policy to be simple and hassle-free.

Our Guarantee We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on all products. If you're not completely satisfied with your Wellavex™ Posture Corrector for any reason, we've got you covered.

How Our Policy Works If you experience any issues with your product or are unsatisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. We offer two solutions:

Option 1: Full Refund Receive a complete refund of your purchase price. Keep the product — no need to return it. Refund processed within 3–5 business days.

Option 2: Replacement We'll send you a brand new replacement product. Keep the original — no return necessary. Replacement shipped within 1–2 business days.

Why Don't We Require Returns? We believe in making things easy for our customers. Returning products can be expensive and time-consuming, environmentally wasteful, and inconvenient for you. Instead we let you keep the product while we make things right.

How to Request a Refund or Replacement Step 1: Contact us at hello@wellavex.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Step 2: Include your order number, a brief description of the issue, and whether you'd prefer a refund or replacement. Step 3: We'll respond within 24–48 hours with confirmation. Step 4: For refunds — processed to your original payment method within 3–5 business days. For replacements — new unit shipped within 1–2 business days.

Important Terms Eligibility: Request must be made within 30 days of delivery. One refund or replacement per order. Product must have been purchased directly from Wellavex™.

Refund Processing: Refunds issued to original payment method only. Processing time 3–5 business days after approval. Bank processing may take an additional 5–10 business days depending on your financial institution. You will receive email confirmation once your refund is processed.

What's Not Covered Orders placed more than 30 days ago. Products purchased from unauthorised third-party sellers. Damage caused by misuse, accidents or modifications.

Defective or Damaged Products If your product arrives damaged or defective contact us immediately with photos of the damage. We'll send a replacement right away at no cost. This does not count against your 30-day guarantee.

Lost or Undelivered Orders If your order never arrives wait until at least 6–12 business days have passed and check your tracking information for updates. Contact us and we'll investigate with the carrier. We'll either reship your order or provide a full refund.
