At Wellavex™ we offer free shipping on all orders within Australia. We want your Posture Corrector to reach you as quickly and safely as possible.
Shipping Timeframes All orders are processed within 1–2 business days of order confirmation. Once shipped, your Wellavex™ order will arrive within 6–12 business days. Business days exclude weekends and public holidays.
Estimated Delivery Windows Standard delivery: Most orders arrive within 6–12 business days. During peak seasons such as holidays and sales events delivery may extend up to 14 business days. We appreciate your patience as your package makes its way to you.
Order Tracking Once your order ships you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking number, a link to track your package in real time, and updates on your order status. Please allow 1–3 business days after shipment for tracking information to update in the carrier's system.
Shipping Carriers We work with trusted Australian carriers including Australia Post, StarTrack, Couriers Please, and other regional carriers depending on your location. The specific carrier for your order will be indicated in your tracking information.
Lost or Delayed Packages If your order hasn't arrived within 14 business days check your tracking information for the latest updates and contact us at hello@wellavex.com with your order number. We will investigate with the shipping carrier and if the package is confirmed lost we will either reship your order or provide a full refund. Please wait until at least 14 business days have passed before reporting a package as lost as shipping can experience unexpected delays.
Shipping Address Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your order. We ship to the address provided at checkout and cannot redirect packages once shipped. If you need to change your address contact us immediately at hello@wellavex.com. Address errors made by the customer may result in lost packages and Wellavex™ cannot be held responsible for delivery to incorrect addresses.
What We Can Ship To We currently ship to most addresses in Australia including residential addresses, business addresses, PO Boxes and parcel lockers. We cannot ship to remote or offshore territories at this time. If you're unsure whether we deliver to your area please contact us before ordering.
Order Processing Processing time is 1–2 business days. You'll receive an email confirmation when we receive your order and a separate shipping confirmation with tracking information when your order ships. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

External Factors Notice While rare, shipping times may be affected by circumstances beyond our control including extreme weather events, natural disasters, carrier service disruptions, national or regional lockdowns, and carrier processing delays. We will always communicate any known delays affecting your order and work to resolve issues as quickly as possible.
